Passionate about wine, real estate, and public service, Kate Spadarotto is a Napa-based REALTOR® with Sotheby's International Realty. She works with clients throughout the North Bay on everything from first-time homeownership, to large scale agricultural projects.

Originally from Delaware, Kate spent her early years on two family ranches in New Castle County, and Wytheville, Virginia, fostering her lifelong commitment to agriculture and animals. 

Motivated by an intense work ethic, Kate's expertise in wine-centric real estate proves invaluable to her clients as she guides them through the transaction. A University of Delaware graduate, her success stems from a diverse career, spanning roles such as NASA financial analyst, corporate recruiter, winemaker and proprietor of Blue Oasis Wines. Kate is certified in Wine, Vineyards, and Winemaking from UC Davis.

Bringing honed skill sets from these chapters of her life, Kate offers a service-oriented, considered approach to real estate fueled by her ongoing passion for California's premier wine country. She specializes in the sale of vineyards, wineries, and luxury estates in the Napa Valley region. 

This year, Kate serves as President of the North Bay Association of REALTORS® (NorBAR), member of the California Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, and member of the Napa Local Government Relations Committee. 

Kate lives in St. Helena, California with her husband, Steve, and is a proud aunt, sister,stepmother and stepgrandmother. When she’s not spending time with her large, multi-state family and friends, she’s often curling up with her yellow labrador and rescue kitten, and getting lost in a good puzzle or murder mystery.
